Meet Molly Graham, LMHC & Art Therapist
As a new mom, I found myself saying “WTF” more times than I could count. Motherhood is deeply transformative, and often immensely overwhelming at the same time. From pregnancy to postpartum and beyond, the journey of matrescence reshapes who we are. It’s beautiful, messy, and often nothing like we expected.
With a background in mental health counseling and art therapy, I offer a creative and compassionate approach to supporting mothers through this transition. As a mom of two young kids, I bring honesty, humor, and a grounded, real approach to the work we do together. Whether you’re navigating identity shifts, anxiety, depression, guilt, or the daily weight of motherhood, I provide a space to slow down, process, heal, and grow into the version of yourself you’re becoming.
If your birth didn’t go as planned, or if unresolved experiences from earlier in life are showing up now, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-informed approach that can help gently process distressing memories without needing to relive them in detail.
Motherhood doesn’t have to mean losing yourself. Together, we can embrace this stage of life with creativity, confidence, and connection—because you deserve to find joy in the mother you are becoming.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, blending conversation, creative expression, and trauma-informed techniques in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
